Interns start by learning the different approaches and strategies our team uses while working with both individuals and small groups.
Upon completion, we expect our interns to possess the ability to assess clients and write training programs better than the majority of personal trainers in the industry.

You'll also complete our Internship Assessment to demonstrate your understanding of the concepts covered during your internship.
