We are super psyched to introduce December’s Client Spotlight, Natalie Hill.
Natalie has been a member of our family for over three years and that alone speaks to her level of commitment!
She is a very busy gal, and still makes time to get her boot camps in. She even trains with her fellow workers when at work and unable to hit the gym.
For many months, Natalie had an injury that she had to exercise around and never once did she give up! She recently tested and passed Level 3 for FitRanX! Natalie’s perseverance and dedication has been inspiring to all of those around her! Keep up the awesome work, Natalie!
Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote ?
A: “You don’t have to go fast, you just have to go!”
Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: To feel good in my own skin.
Q : What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: I’d have to say results, and seeing my hard work pay off.
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: Growing up I’ve always been the chunky one at home and hated it. I finally hit a point in my life where I was tired of playing Yo-Yo with my weight. I kept seeing No Limits pop up in my Facebook feeds and decided to make it a New Year’s resolution (3yrs ago). Best decision I made for my health.
Q: How has No Limits Fitness made a difference in your life?
A: No Limits has given me the confidence I have been looking for all of these years. I am in the best shape of my life.
Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: My level of endurance has increased drastically. My eating habits have completely changed for the best. I feel so much stronger and feel amazing!
Q: What made you decide to want to join No Limits Fitness?
A: The reviews on Facebook got my attention. Once I tried a session, and I knew after my first session this was the place for me. No Limits is family!
Q: What kinds of results have you achieved so far?
A: I’ve lost close to 20lbs total since I started here and my BF% has decreased some. Overall my clothes fit comfortably. I’m still a work in progress.
Q: What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
A: Why not?? Only you have the power to change. You’ll be happier when you do.
Q: What is your “word” of the year?!
A: Determination!!
