Each trainer in our small group sessions coaches 2 to 5 people. Our maximum session size would be 10 people with 2 personal trainers. We’ll design your program, ensure proper form and technique, adjust your workouts as needed and coach you through the process. Your personalized program will help you get stronger, move better and enjoy a more active life.
