October Client Spotlight: Katrina Zito
We are thrilled to announce October’s Spotlight, Katrina! She arrives at our 5:15 am session with a smile, positive attitude and ready to give it her all. She joined our No Limits family in January and has been kicking butt ever since. We all find Katrina a pleasure to work with. Her drive, commitment and results are inspirational. Read on to see Katrina’s amazing results and how she achieved them!
Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: “Be a Better You!”
Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: Staying healthy and strong and being fit and active helps me be a better mom.
Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: Reaching my goal in time and creating a new one.
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: I used to be very active many years ago and then became a mom which placed my life on hold. Now that she was older, it was time to start focusing on me again. I drove by the gym every day for months and one day I decided to stop in. It was an open house and everyone was very supportive so I signed up.
Q: How has No Limits Fitness made a difference in your life?
A: It has completely changed my life. I started with the 6 week challenge and having a meal plan was the golden key. I never really understood how much nutrition played a role in weight loss and muscle gain.
Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: I wanted to lose body fat and gain muscle. I have gone from a size 10 to a size 5 and am proud to wear shorts and a bathing suit. I feel better physically and mentally. I have always wanted to be able to do a pull up and I am so close to that goal.
Q: What made you decide to want to join No Limits Fitness?
A: I had been thinking about joining a gym but really had no guidance about what to do. I really like the convenience of coming to a class with a plan and knowing that I’m getting a great work out. I also like the fact that everyone is there to work out, puts in a great amount effort in while cheering each other on.
Q: What kinds of results have you achieved so far?
A: I have lost over 7% body fat, gained over 5% muscle and lost about 16 pounds. I have also made it to Level 4 in the FitRanX program.
Q: What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
A: Only you can make the change. For a real change to happen, you have to work hard but the results are overwhelmingly amazing and will make you proud of yourself.
