Megan almost didn’t join.
The workouts weren’t the problem and neither was the schedule.
It was the price of personal training and she sat with that for a while before admitting that what she was doing on her own wasn’t working. So she gave it a shot.
If she had let cost be her biggest consideration, Megan would have missed an incredible transformation after having kids.
Here’s Megan’s story in her own words.
Life Before No Limits Fitness
“Hi, I’m Megan. Pretty active my whole life, but once I started having kids, I just kind of didn’t take very good care of myself. Didn’t really prioritize my nutrition or exercising.”
What Changed
“Since starting at No Limits Fitness, I have gained a decent amount of muscle mass. I’ve lost a lot of body fat, gained confidence, just feel better overall. Definitely my energy is way up. I just feel more confident all around.”
The Cost Was the Holdup
“The biggest reason that kept me from joining right away was the cost. It is expensive, but you know, you have to kind of put your money to what’s important to you. And, you know, after just realizing what I’m doing on my own isn’t working. Let’s give it a try. What’s the worst that could happen? I join and I don’t love it. I can leave. Or I join it, I love it, changes my life, which is what happened. And it’s well worth the money in the end.”
Small Group Personal Training Sessions
“Coming here, I love that the classes are small. The coaches, their personalities. It’s like they have a push, but it’s also a good balance of pushing you harder, but also supporting you in a good way. And just the friendships, you know, you kind of start to work out with the same people every class. And I just like the friendships and the camaraderie that I’ve built since joining.”
Her Advice If You’re On the Fence
“I would say if you’re on the fence about joining No Limits Fitness, the time is going to pass anyway. Why not just do it? Try it. If you hate it, then leave. But you’re not going to hate it. You’re going to love it. And it’s going to change your life. Go Bills.”
The time is going to pass anyway. That’s the whole argument, and Megan makes it better than we can.
(Don’t let her choice of football teams undermine her credibility).
