After the initial 90 days, the Client may cancel the Client Enrollment Agreement for any reason with 14 days-notice by completing the No Limits Fitness Membership Cancellation Form in person at 7640 N Wickham Rd Suite 116 in Melbourne, FL The 14 day-notice will be waived if a member moves more than 20 miles from the facility (proof of new residence required) or is unable to continue for medical reasons (physician’s note required).
