Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: F.E.A.R. has two meanings – Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything And Rise the choice is yours.
Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: My goals are to get down to my goal weight to re-enter the military.
Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: Knowing that one day all of the hard work and dedication will pay off.
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: I served 4 years in the Marines and I left due to injury. I was packing on the weight. When I moved back to Florida, my mom was attending boot camp sessions at No Limits. I was starting to set goals to get back in shape and reenter the military. She encouraged me to give No Limits a try. I did and I’m still here.
Q: How has No Limits Fitness made a difference in your life?
A: No Limits has provided me with all of the tools that I need to achieve my goals.
Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: I have lost a lot of weight and I have also gotten a lot stronger since I started at No limits.
Q. What made you decide to want to join No Limits Fitness?
A: My mom has been a member of No Limits for a long time, and she encouraged me try it out.
Q. What kinds of results have you achieved so far?
A: When I first started, I was at my heaviest weight in my life 245 lbs. I’ve lost over 50 pounds and I currently weigh 193 lbs.
Q. What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
A: I would say jump that fence and start achieving your goals. Then set new goals and crush them as well.
