Our Coaches

Mike Williams

Founder

After years of working his way up the corporate ladder, Mike realized his ladder was propped against the wrong building. He found himself uninspired, overweight, and out of shape but he didn't want to solve these problems with medication.
With the help of a coach, Mike dropped over 50 pounds and transformed his health, fitness and his life. This inspired him to start No Limits Fitness in 2014 and help others take control of their health, fitness and ultimately their future. When he isn’t in the gym, Mike enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Tina and their 5 sons.

Jordan Whitcomb

Coach

Jordan graduated from Emory & Henry College with a BA in Sport Management. In 2016, she began a Strength and Conditioning internship while she was a student-athlete (softball).
During the summer of 2017, Jordan moved to Charlotte, NC for another Strength and Conditioning internship with the United States Performance Center. In her senior year of 2018, she earned a head coach title programming and training the cross country and track teams. Jordan joined No Limits Fitness in March of 2022 and has loved every minute of it! When she’s not in the gym, you’ll find her on the beach, playing ball or eating!

Zhania Camino-Belle

Coach

Zhania started her coaching career with No Limits Fitness in May of 2022. She was introduced to NLF as a member and she fell in love with the idea of helping others reach their fitness goals.

Between participating in school and club sports, Zhania developed a passion for athletics and weight training. Currently she is going to school for Physical Therapy to further her knowledge as a personal trainer. When she’s away from the gym, Zhania enjoys fun in the sun with friends and family.

Kristie Cottee

Coach

Kristie joined No Limits Fitness as a member in January of 2017. Her enthusiasm spread within the community, and she joined the team initially helping with administrative tasks. As the gym evolved, so did Kristie’s role as she became our Client Success Manager.

Her passion for helping other people is evident and she loves supporting people beginning or continuing their fitness journey.
